Sicut knives have an impervious blade-to-handle seal that provides the utmost in sanitary qualification. Blades are a stain-free, high-carbon steel that achieves a 55 Rockwell Hardness, with an individually ground and honed edge at a 25 degree angle making them easy to sharpen, Sicut knives are perfectly suited to any recreational or commercial use.

Keep your knives organised, clean, well protected and easy to find with the canvas wrap. Made with 14oz heavy duty poly/cotton grey rip stop material, and a heavy duty clear PVC front to easily identify blade shapes.
