Plusarrows Shipping Policy

Thankyou for visiting and shopping at Plusarrows.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We post daily, this doesn’t mean that your order will post same day as purchase although we do our best with orders placed before our cut off time. Custom made items such as arrows generally require a day to process your order.

Postage processing time

All orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed, posted or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in posting of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Postage rates & delivery estimates

Postage charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Where a postage price is not displayed at checkout please contact us for a quote.

We post via Australia post and offer Letter rate on smaller items, Parcel Post and Express Post. All orders are sent with tracking and insurance. You will receive a posting confirmation email or text depending on your contact details provided at checkout once your order has been processed containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active once your order has been received by Australia Post.

Damages and Items not received 

If you received your order damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you to file a claim with Australia Post. You may be required to supply photos, return the item and all packaging to Plusarrows or an Australia Post outlet for assessment.

If you feel your order is taking longer than expected or tracking advise has stalled for an extended period during transit please contact us so we can assist. We are unable to open an enquiry with Australia Post until eight business days have passed from lodgement.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We are currently posting to limited locations outside Australia.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Plusarrows is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after posting are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
