Sicut’s double edged pig sticking knives are manufactured with an ergonomic, textured, slip-resistant, easy-to-clean polypropylene injected handle, which withstands both high and low temperatures and are available in a range of handle colours. Sicut knives have an impervious blade-to-handle seal that provides the utmost in sanitary qualification. Blades are a stain-free, high-carbon steel that achieves a 55 Rockwell Hardness, with an individually ground and honed edge at a 25 degree angle making them easy to sharpen, Sicut knives are perfectly suited to any recreational or commercial use.
