SICUT’s 8” butcher’s knife is all made with a stain-free, high-carbon steel blade that achieves a 55 Rockwell Hardness, with an individually ground and honed edge at a 25 degree angle, easy to sharpen, which makes them perfectly suited to any recreational or commercial use.
