How to put in a warranty claim for America’s Best Bowstrings.
Steps for starting a warranty claim.
1. Detailed description of the issue you are having
2. To get the warranty started we will need to have photos of the issue
3. Once it is determined it is a factory covered warranty the claim will be entered
4. The order for the warrantied piece will be entered after we receive the photos, and the claim is approved and will be handled in a timely manner
5. All warranty claims are at the discretion of America’s Best Bowstrings
6. All warranty claims will be handled in three categories

• Peep rotation
• Serving separation
• String creep

7. Things that are not covered by warranty

• Damage and abuse to the strings
• Improper care of the strings
• Cuts from peeps, broadheads, or other outside objects (etc)
• Improperly ordered strings
