They slip on straight over the end of the arrow shaft. This allows you the hassle free and flexible option to switch back to your field point or broadhead quickly. Many archers will use these slip over rubber blunts to practice stalking, improve instinctive reflexes and the traditional favourite of stump shooting. They are a great option when target practicing as they will not stick into the target and are much less likely to bury in the grass.
